Kantalabrands.com Purchases

If for any reason you aren’t entirely satisfied with your recent kantalabrands.com purchase, please return your Kantala item(s) within 30 days of the respective invoice date in its original condition.

To be eligible for a return;

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Your item must be in the original packaging the item was shipped to you in.
  • Hangtags must remain attached to your item in their original condition.
  • Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Your item must be returned within 30 calendar days of the respective invoice date.

Returning Your Item
Items purchased on kantalabrands.com cannot be returned at any stores which retail Kantala products. To return your product, you should mail your product to: No 6, Bois Place, Colombo 00500, Sri Lanka.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are returning an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Processing Your Refund
Upon receiving your item, we will inspect it and confirm receipt of the item as well as notify you on the status of your refund.

The full amount will be credited to the original tender (credit card, gift card, or online gift certificate) if returned within 30 days subject to the aforementioned conditions. Please allow 10-14 calendar days for the processing of your return once receipt of your return item has been confirmed by us.

COVID-19 update: for returns made after March 01, 2020, please allow 24 to 30 calendar days for the processing of your return once receipt of your return item has been confirmed by us.

Late or Missing Refunds
Please allow at least 7 business days from the date Kantala confirms payment of your refund to receive same. If you haven’t received the refund, please contact your card issuing bank first. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If your bank is unable to locate the refund, please contact us at info@kantalabrands.com. Once Kantala has successfully affected the refund and has furnished evidence of same to you, you will indemnify Kantala against any late or missing refunds. However, we will endeavour at all times to assist you to locate and receive your late or missing refund.

COVID-19 update: your card issuing bank or any other financial institution may take longer than usual to process the deposit of your refund. Therefore, please allow at least 14 business days from the date Kantala confirms payment of your refund to receive same.

Gifts
If the item purchased via kantalabrands.com was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.

In-Store Purchases

Kantala products are available for purchase through third-party retail stores and the return of Kantala items purchased from a third-party retailer will be governed by the respective retailers’ Returns Policy. Please enquire directly from the third-party retailer for the retailers’ Returns Policy.

Exchanges Policy

Subject to Warranty conditions noted below, you are eligible for an exchange on your Kantala item purchased for either the same item or an item of equal value. Warranty claims are not eligible for refund and Warranty replacement are only performed once for the same item.

Kantalabrands.com Purchases

To request an exchange against the product Warranty, please follow instructions given below.

  • Please e-mail us at info@kantalabrands.com with the following information to validate the eligibility of the warranty,
    • A copy of your order invoice, order confirmation e-mail or order number, and
    • Include 2-3 pictures with explanation of the damaged item, and
    • Full name, current shipping address and phone number.
  • If you are eligible for a refund, we will reply with further details on how to return your defective Kantala item to us.
  • A replacement item will be dispatched only after we receive your defective Kantala item.

In-Store Purchases

Warranty

Subject to applicable conditions and exclusions, Kantala products are protected from the original date of purchase by a one-year limited warranty. If the item proves to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use anytime within the first year, we will replace the item free of charge with same or comparable product. Defective handbags and wallets must be returned to receive a replacement.

The variations in color and texture are the prized characteristics of beautiful vegan material. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damages arising from dye transference, accidents, misuse or from any alteration, service or repair.

Conditions & Exclusions

  • The warranty offered Kantala are non-transferable and do not cover damages arising from dye transference, accidents, misuse or any alteration, service or repair.
  • Replacement are only sent once we’ve received your damaged item.
  • Warranty replacement are only performed once for the same item.
  • Warranty claims are not eligible for refund.
